Can I view a painting in person or see more images before deciding?

Yes. Let me know which painting you are considering. You can make an appointment to view at my studio in Orange County or I can send detailed images or video of the painting.

How can I see your paintings in person?

From time to time I exhibit my paintings in exhibitions and will always publicize information to my subscribers, on the website and on social media. You can also make an appointment to view a painting at my studio in Orange County, CA.

Are your paintings framed?

If a painting comes framed it will be indicated on the item page. If a large painting (over 24”) is to be shipped overseas invariably it will need to ship rolled and not stretched and framed. Please contact me if you have any questions about framing or shipping large paintings.

What medium are your original paintings?
I work mainly in water based mediums; acrylic paint, inks, pastels and pencils. Further details will usually be listed alongside each piece.

Are your paintings framed?
It varies. Most work on canvas is sold unframed; many people prefer this more modern look and it means it can be shipped without costing you more. If you like the look of a frame you can choose when you have the painting with you – it’s easier to decide that way! A slimline box or float frame looks great on a canvas.

Paintings on cradled wood usually have a simple hand painted or simple wooden frame. Details will be with each work. Please contact me if you have a request for a certain frame not listed with your painting and I will see what I can do.

Will my painting be ready to hang?
Yes, all paintings will come with picture wire or hooks already fixed and ready to hang. You just need to decide where!

Can I purchase your work with a payment plan?
Yes, that can be arranged. For any work over $500 you can pay in installments. Please contact me if you are interested in setting up a payment plan to pay for your painting, I would like to help. I will require a 50% deposit to secure the painting. I will invoice you using PayPal. The balance can be paid in full, or payable in 2 monthly payments of 25% each. Options will be emailed to you. By purchasing you understand that this is a deposit to secure your artwork and you will be required to pay the remaining balance.

This is not a credit scheme, but an arrangement on trust, at no extra cost to you. Usual shipping costs and return policy will apply.

My favorite painting has sold – how can I be sure to know about new work?
Some pieces sell very quickly. Make sure you join my mailing list to find out about new work before it is added to the Shop. I do not frequently email, so you can also follow studio progress on Instagram or Facebook to see work coming up.

How will my painting be wrapped?
It depends on size, but paintings will be carefully packed using corner protection, bubble wrap and cardboard. Each one is unique so I take care that is well protected to arrive in perfect condition. For further details about delivery please see the Shipping details.

Do you do special commissions?
Currently I’m not taking on any new commissions, as I’m working on a new body of work. If you like my style then one of those may be the one for you! More new work will be released in 2022.
