PURCHASING AND SHIPPING

I cant decide, can I view a painting in person or see more images before deciding?

Yes. Let me know which painting you are considering. You can make an appointment to view at my studio in Orange County or I can send detailed video of the painting.

How can I see your paintings in person?

From time to time I exhibit my paintings in exhibitions and will always publicize information to my subscribers, on the website and on social media.

You can also make an appointment to view a painting at my studio in Orange County, CA.

Are your paintings framed?

If a painting comes framed it will be indicated on the item page. If a large painting (over 24”) is to be shipped overseas invariably it will need to ship rolled and not stretched and framed. Please contact me if you have any questions about framing or shipping large paintings.

Do you do commissions?

Yes, find out more about the commission process here.

SHIPPING

I have just sent through payment, how soon will I receive my artwork?

Most orders are packed and shipped within 7 working days. Before sending your artwork, a final layer of satin varnish may be applied, and this needs to be fully dried. Often, a frame is also attached prior to shipping.

Within the USA pieces are sent by USPS or courier depending on size and weight.  Most US deliveries arrive within 4-5 days from the time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total. If you need delivery by a specific date, don't hesitate to get in touch first to ensure it can reach you in time. International deliveries can take up to two weeks

Can I collect my artwork from your studio?

Yes, my studio is in Orange County, California.

I live in Orange County, can you deliver?

Yes, within Orange County I am happy to deliver in person. For larger paintings, there may be an additional delivery fee.

What about large or high value artworks?

I appreciate this is a high value purchase. Both of us need to make sure it is transported safely. Some carriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements, for example sometimes it is easier to remove the painting from the stretcher and send it rolled, in a sturdy tube and you can then get.a framer to put it on to a frame again for you. A basic shipping cost - an estimated shipping charge will be added to your order. I will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is dispatched. According to the delivery service chosen, actual costs may be higher than the estimated cost shown.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. Message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options. Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please send me a photograph as soon as possible.
